To work with the Deputy Head of Programmes to support them in the delivery of educational solutions as part of the a training programme.  To be part of the CfBT in country team in Saudi Arabia to further the objectives of CfBT on this project and also on any other project where support is required.

As the holder of this post specifically to work on the production of documents in Arabic and English, to liaise with the client and also the consortium partners to ensure effective communication lines are maintained.

This work will also involve managing any tasks set by the Deputy Head of Programmes related to the project including arranging training venues and liaising with trainers over logistical issues.

Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean environment and a professional atmosphere

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accurately estimate the cost of repairs in order to establish credibility and rapport with customers.

• Work closely with Sales Manager and the Service Manager.

• Establish rapport with financial services representatives so that agreement can be reached on needed repairs to be covered by financial services.

• Responsible for staying current regarding financial services coverage, for estimating processes, and for training the Body Shop team members in these skills.

• Develop plans for the department and monitor progress toward achieving departmental goals in the areas of excellent service and profitability.

• Oversee the work of the Body Shop team members and strive to increase the volume of work by developing the shop’s reputation for excellence and quality.

Translates the Retail strategy into operational reality by cascading the strategy into operational terms through SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs.

Allocates and cascades Retail targets (sales, profits, customer satisfaction, etc) to designated areas to ensure targets are identified and distributed.

Intervenes whenever necessary to minimize lost opportunities occurred by poor customer handling, product unavailability or wrong pricing.

Manages CRM program by ensuring accurate communication with end users and provides feedback to the Category Manager in order to enhance the CRM program.

Explores expansion opportunities based on Retail strategy by supervising the following activities: outlet selection, preparation and launching to ensure the highest possible level of efficiency.

Responsible for the efficient painting of vehicles in the workshop and for maintaining the highest standards of following the manufacturers’ procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that protective covers are used in all vehicles before carrying out any repairs.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces by filing, chiselling or sanding

• Select or mix paint shades to match vehicle colour

• Apply primer and finish coats with spray-guns, and rub down surfaces between coats

• Remove protective covers, wax and polish finished paintwork

• Ensure accurate time recording (clocking on and off) for all repairs.

• Document completed work orders to include repairs conducted, parts required and labor involved, and any additional vehicle problems noted during repairs.

• Ensure accurate time recording for all repairs completed.

• Maintain tools to ensure serviceability.

• Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.

• Ensure proper maintenance and serviceability of hand tools and personal work clothing

Paint Mixer Responsibilities:

Mix paints according to manufacturers’ specifications in order to achieve matches on vehicles being painted
