6 – Oversee reinsurance contracts, to maximize the cash flow of ACI

7 – Plan the reinsurance program of the company

8 – Negotiate the terms of the reinsurance contract with the reinsurers and supervise the administration and accounting of the reinsurance.

9 – Analyze market trends and negotiate treaty contracts accordingly

10 – Regularly control policies that require facultative reinsurance, and ensure that all policies either fall under treaty limits or have facultative placement

11 – If, in any case there is a non-compliance with the written reinsurance strategy, it should be reported to the compliance officer

12 – Promptly provide claim notices and inquiry responses to reinsurers

13 – Perform data entry in information system

14 – Maintain proper filing

15 – Provide all required reports and statistics (quarterly facultative report, etc.)

2. Prepare all necessary data entry and confirmation of key milestones (departure, arrival, customs clearance, PODs, etc.) as specified by Customer Standard Operating Procedures.

3. Maintain courteous, prompt and efficient customer relations.

4. Oversee and complete accurate billing to clients based on pricing established with the clients while ensuring accurate costs and profits are maintained.

5. Plans and schedules appropriate modes of transportation based on daily needs. Schedules the appropriate service line for the situation (across all modes and all trade lanes) to maintain a cost effective balance between customer service and cost of shipment.

6. Works closely with client’s representative to ensure service satisfaction. Analyzes service failures/ issues and implements performance processes to enhance future service delivery.
