Job Purpose:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible of developing and implementing sales plans, preparing proposals, and achieving the company’s targets.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Responsible for developing new business avenues for Rubicon.
• Accountable for achieving Sales targets as approved by Rubicon’s Management.
• Helps in gathering data regarding the customers’ markets.
• Conduct intensive research pertaining to channel development, product development, and product distribution.
• Assist marketing department and help to develop new business strategies, conduct market analysis, and develop new and improved methods for marketing products through various new and traditional media.
• Responsible for the sale and development of the Rubicon’s extensive line of productions.
• Assess territory potential and realistic market share responsibilities.
• Develop and agree National Targets, together with agreed pricing and margins.
• Demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers.
