DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct the development of the division’s guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure its

implementation across all departments while ensuring compliance with the company’s strategic direction.

• Establish and manage the relationships with Advertising, Media Services, Public Relations, Sales, Leasing

and Market Research agencies.

• Oversee the production of press materials of the company’s activities and ensures proper dissemination to

the concerned recipients.

• Keep abreast with the latest real estate market developments and trends and oversee the market research

studies and analyzes their findings, to prioritizes target market opportunities accordingly.

• Direct the development of branding, advertising and marketing campaigns to promote the company’s

projects.

• Direct and enhance public relations with governmental departments and related parties for marketing and

promulgation of the company’s projects.

• Direct and oversee all sales and leasing related activities including sales of the projects and ensure

effective media exposure and interpretation of project launches and analyzes sales performance on a

periodic basis and recommend corrective measures accordingly.

• Direct the overall customer relationships activities and ensures customer complaints regarding sales and

services are properly resolved.

Each document requires special attention and must be dealt with in a timely manner.

Document management and tracking is essential as is the proper format and content of the responses to the correspondence.

Description and Desired Qualifications

The Public Liaison Manager will be primarily responsible for leading the development and implementation of the IDRIS Public Relations Plan, which will cover all communication and information activities associated with the program. The plan will initiate, observe and pursue media and community relation activities, meetings, presentations and publications both in English and Arabic.
The Public Liaison Manager will be required to:

In close coordination with client, develop IDRIS Public Relations Plan comprising all communications and information activities.
Oversee and lead implementation of approved Public Relations Plan including:
1.) Prepare written and illustrative materials describing the program, objectives and current activities, media publications and advertisements for issuance by the Client, including program information signage and flyers.
2.) Facilitate development of program web site for internal and external access.
3.) Facilitate development of visualization videos (Virtual Tours) of program components.
4.) Prepare for and hold media and community meetings and presentations. Support Client in responding to public and media inquisitions and to address public, and authorities comments and queries.
5.) Propose and provide services as required to uphold and promote positive community relations.
Basic Qualifications

Education and Experience:
B.S. or B.A. degree; Masters preferred.
Minimum of 15 years experience.
Must be pro-active, adaptable and able to motivate team members.
Able to interface with senior level client, and project team staff and outside Stakeholders.
Experience working on large-scale water programs.
Effective oral and written communication skills in English are required. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Description and Desired Qualifications
The role of the Public Relations Officer will be to support the program’s requirements in liaising with government departments to ensure the efficient administration of all immigration and program issues. He will also be responsible for assistance with human resources (HR) issues related to TCNs on the project.
Job Responsibilites/Accountabilities:
Process all pertinent documents in reference to the criteria of immigration office, ministry of labour, government offices, ministry of foreign affairs, other ministries as required, in compliance with the laws and regulations.
Process all pending applications for employment visa, business visa, residence visa, exit visa or driving license.
Prepare and process applications in labour office in compliance with Saudi law and regulations.
Attest pertinent papers prior to approval.
Keep records of personnel for visas, labor cards, and other important documents.
Communicate all new laws or rules issued by Government including review of prices.
Basic translation of documents between Arabic and English, English and Arabic
Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
Process all required documents in Arabic.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in both written and spoken English language. Native language is Arabic.
Advanced knowledge of Saudi Arabia Authorities’ laws and procedures related to Immigration, Labor, Customs, Municipality/Trading affairs.
Strong knowledge in public relations.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Team player with good communication skills.
Good ability to analyze and learn.
Organizing and quality oriented.
Ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).
Previous experience in a multi-cultural organization is required.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.v
Proficient in MS Office software {Word (English/Arabic), MS Excel software}.
