JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for monitoring and coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects (i.e., low-current system such as CCTV, Public Address System, Electronic Door System, Nursing Call, etc.) to ensure completion of the same within the expected time-frame.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

* Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, including administrative tasks and any other tasks so required by the projects.

* Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports, directly related to the projects.

* Keep track of the Project Management Calendars and remind personnel to adhere thereto.

* Ensure manpower and backstop (needed in the absence of the regular manpower) requirements are met.

* Communicate concerns of the projects to the Department Manager through the Site Supervisors and Sales Engineers.

* Prepare PPT presentations for operational meetings.

* Keep file of project documents (hard and soft copies)

* Keep track of project changes and communicate these changes to personnel involved.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

* A university degree holder, preferably an electronics and communications engineering graduate

* With at least 2 years solid background in project coordination and a 1 year exposure in project management.

Fully responsible for the Human Resources function with operational support to other departments in the Jordan office. Overall duties include: Day to day management, Generalist responsibilities, Recruitment and Employee Relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to Day Management

• Manage the day to day running of the Jordan office.

• Provide full HR support to Jordan employees.

• Complete HR monthly report delivered to HR Manager at the end of each month.

• Demonstrate the value of the Human Resource function and the link to improving business results.

Generalist

• Ensure all policies and procedures are communicated and administered to all employees and management.

• Manage orientation process for new joiners of all levels.

• Manage personnel records.

• Manage end of service entitlement.

Recruitment

• Consult with hiring managers on selection/staffing needs.

• Develop recruitment process from initial selection/staffing conversation to new joiner orientation.

• Source candidates using the most efficient and cost effective means. Expand beyond standard sources for identifying candidates.

• Train hiring managers on interview techniques, behavioral interviewing, and interview process.

• Work with hiring manager to determine viability of each candidate, formulate employment offer and create employment contract.

• Update and maintain all job descriptions.

Training and Development

• Support the training function in identifying the training needs of individuals/departments in Jordan office.

• Assist in delivery of training for employees.

Employee Relations

• Involvement in all employee relations matters. Involvement may range from: counseling staff, coaching of supervisors/managers on appropriate next steps, and representing the company during the improvement/termination process.

Payroll

• Manage monthly payroll.

• Prepare various reports required by HR and Finance.

• Enter all employees’ additions and deduction to be included in the monthly payroll.

• Escalate potential service issues to Payroll Supervisor.

• Submit payroll within agreed monthly deadline.

Administration:

• Fully responsible for all Administration elements in Jordan office ensuring implementation and adherence to local labour laws.

• Implement and monitor OSN policies and procedures in accordance with the local labour laws.

• Keep HR and the Management team informed of significant issues within the region.

• Liaise with the concerned personnel for all processes for medical and life insurance for the employees (addition, deletion and amendments).

• Responsible for the health insurance special claims in coordination with the service provider and the employee.

• Responsible for the reconciliation of the health insurance premiums on a monthly or quarterly basis with the service provider and finance.

• Renewal of trade licenses and other office registrations.

• All other relevant tasks.

The selected individual will be responsible for general legal support for the Company’s operations, including contract preparation and negotiation, fraud and abuse review, and counseling. He/she will also provide human resource and office management support as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Practiced the Commercial and business Law, Civil Law, International Arbitration, Banking Law, Corporate Laws.

2. Reviewing and Drafting Legal Agreements, Contracts, documents, Memoranda, And all types of agreements( especially Contracting agreement, Settlement Agreement, Joint Ventures, Partnership Agreements Memorandum of Associations .. etc).

3. Providing management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies;

4. Review all legal documents, reviewing them to make sure they are effectively drafted and interpreted

5. Familiar with Companies foundations, Business setups, opening branches.

6. Litigations, reconciliation of Disputes.

7. Providing sound Judgment of Legal advices to all departments within the cooperation and whenever needed especially for Procurement and Contracts Departments, HR, i.e familiar with local Labour laws. And other departments. And providing the Company with analysis, recommendations and advises regarding issues where Legal Department is meant to intervenes.

8. Corporate related matters, including but not limited to Shareholders resolutions, board resolutions, and such related matters.

9. Acquisition of Companies, Assets, Properties and such matters with a wide experience of Commercial Transactions.

10. Providing appropriate legal advice towards any dispute between the Company and Third Parties, and to manage the Lawsuits to achieve the aimed purposes.

11. Providing committed HR advice in issues like health and advice, grievance matters, conduct and capability, organizational change and employee and employment relations matters.

12. Leading management of casework including sickness absence, making recommendations, giving support and advice to managers.

13. Preparing ad hoc and regular management reports supporting in improvement of management and monitoring performance management and sickness absence systems.

14. Liaising with operational managers and finance officers in ensuring maintenance of staffing establishments within budgets.

15. Supervising and authorizing the preparation and delivery of appropriate contractual documents regarding terminations, appointments ad employment variations.

16. Undertaking selection and recruitment issues, including creation of job descriptions, selection process, person specifications, completely grading process, and interview panel participation.

17. Keeping up to date information regarding developments in human resources practices, employment legislation, and sharing of knowledge within team.

18. Maintaining and updating computerized and manual payroll and HR information systems and ensuring accurate recording of employment, personal, staffing establishment, and payroll information.
