Overall Sales Management:

1. Prepare detailed relationship plans for assigned customers:

 Assume responsibility for all group relationships as a parent account manager

 Estimate wallet size and project for the one year

 Review relationship stage

 Review of share of mind

 Prepare relationship plans for assigned prospect clients

 Prepare call schedule and communicate to CS&T

2. Review relationship plans and performance with Team Leader / Segment Sales Head :

 Discuss relationship plans and commit to annual targets

 Discuss priorities, customer visit programs and overall time allocation

 Review and discuss monthly performance teams with Team Leader

3. Manage relationships with assigned client portfolio:

 Coordinate with Basic and Extended RMs in managing subsidiary group accounts

 Understand customer needs and develop customer intimacy

 Identify, assess and pursue customers’ financial requirements / sales opportunities

 Follow up on the action plans identified in the relationship plans and Committed Common Objectives

 Schedule customer calls in accordance with the annual calling program

 Prepare call reports and circulate to CS&T and other parties

 Negotiate deal terms with customers within the approved benchmarks

 Regularly review customer’s financial and overall position

 Immediately visit and assess condition of customer with missed payments

4. Meet performance targets for assigned customer relationships (including input commitments and Committed Common Objectives)

5. Review credit risk analysis and add high standard qualitative comments in designated section

6. Coordinate delivery of all the bank’s products and services

7. Provide service assistance to customers for complex issues

8. Identify early warning signals and assist in collection of past due loans

9. Ensure the implementation of business processes

10. Discuss with Regional Team Leader customer exhibiting deteriorating credit risk, for example:

 Overdue more than 30 days

 Providing deteriorating financials

 Subject to adverse market or press commentary

 Out of compliance with loan agreements

 Having deteriorating risk rating

11. Visit and assess condition of customer with missed loan payments and assist in the collection of past due loans

Business Development:

12. Build and maintain strong relationships with all corporate customers in portfolio

13. Generate new business and identify sales leads :

 Call on prospects

 Identify cross-sell / up-sell opportunities

 Introduce product specialists via joint calls

Other Responsibilities :

14. Ensure that customers receive the required support / service from the Customer Service Unit and service centers

15. Train, coach and mentor analysts and support staff.

16. The Job holder is obliged to abide by any instructions provided by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.

2. Maintain an updated Payroll Record of all employees’ details such as change in salary or allowances, absenteeism, sick leave, car loan or change in bank accounts.

3. Create leave settlements for employees who are going on leave

4. Create final settlements when employees leave the company permanently.

5. Enter monthly overtime hours in the system for each employee.

6. Process payroll deductions for charges to employees by the Accounts department for relevant expenses

7. Process payroll deductions for employee insurance

8. Document memos received further reference and audit purposes.

9. Conduct monthly closure activities for the payroll.

10. Send bank letters to the respective banks after the payrolls are signed and approved.

11. Allocate the recovered amount from employees to the respective expenses in their accounts after running the payroll before the month ends.

12. Distribute the payslips.

13. Provide the Monthly Report.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.

2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.

3. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.

4. Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, state, federal, and private funding, contracts, and grants.

5. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.

6. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.

7. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.

8. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.

9. Resolve accounting discrepancies.

10. Recommend, develop and maintain financial data bases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.

11. Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.

12. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.

13. Other duties as assigned.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, and other administrative actions.
