Risk management including defining and implementing organization’s financial goals, spelling out the Standard Accounting and internal control procedures and development of procedures and process improvements to achieve operational excellence. Business responsibilities

- Tax Planning, Compliance, Coordination with Tax Consultants to have satisfactory tax assessments.

- Coordinate with other departments e.g. Marketing, Production, Plant and Administration to help and assist them in achieving respective business goals.

- Draft and update various policies for the company to suit the local conditions and fulfill the statutory requirements. This revolves around compliance with the laws regulating employment and conditions of service such as Social Security, Workers Profit Participation, Industrial and Commercial Law.

- Designing and ensure implementations of standard operating procedures for the Company ensuring the safeguard of the Asset.

- Drafting and updating of the credit policies within the broad guidelines received from the controlling offices.

- Compliance of Statutory requirements governing the regulation of the companies under the Companies Act, Security and Exchange Law and Monopoly Control Law etc.

- Risk coverage through Insurance and Forex Hedging.

- Institution of Provident Fund, Gratuity Fund and other employee benefit schemes.

- Banking relationship including fund management, cash forecasting etc.

- Coordinate with the Commercial Function to ensure that all incentives/ concessions available under Custom Laws are attained.

The Web Designer will have overall responsibility for working on a variety of projects primarily involved in web site design and development, including creation of custom graphics. Responsible for designing the user interface and overall customer experience for our web sites and applications. This includes overall navigation flow, layout of specific pages, and creation of individual graphic elements.

The Responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for design maintenance of all Web sites and other electronic publications and applications.

- Deals with preparation of illustrative materials from artists and vendors.

- Ensures that all design elements, templates and finished solutions work within a variety of browser types and screen settings along with the constraints set by development and design.

- Works with marketing and development staff on style and approach for all projects.

- Provides design elements, comps, templates, and finished solutions.

- Participates in efforts to improve quality of Web sites and other electronic publications as required.

Extra skill and abilities:

- Four to five years experience in Web-based graphic design or web interface design, B.A. or B.S. in graphic design, art or related field or equivalent academic and work experience.

- Ability to coordinate with internal and external groups.

- Experience with audio/video demonstration technologies is highly desirable.
