Oracle Advanced Customer Services (ACS) is a global business within Oracle Support, delivering front-of-the-line personalized support services that are complementary to Oracle Premier Support and designed for customers having advanced support needs.
A portfolio of managed Services allows for proactive engagement of Oracle Specialists during the SW implementation and operation phases and offers ongoing support for continual operational improvement and accelerated problem resolution in case of an incident. Oracle ACS experts work closely with the client and their partner’s IT staff on a periodic and sustained basis throughout the entire Oracle software lifecycle, forming a long term strategic service relationship with the customer.
The EMEA Applications Expertise Center (AEC) has the mission of delivering on-site and remote menu of support services (standard, and non-standard). This covers most of the entire spectrum of Oracle applications to enable our customers to achieve higher levels of system availability, performance and security, allowing delivery of all support services to customers across EMEA countries, contributing to the definition of a global delivery methodology, and providing smooth roll-out of new support services in the region, with overall increasing quality and efficiency
Job Description:
– This role is focused on Architectural Support for Siebel CRM systems.
- The AEC Architects work with customers and integrators to ensure the proper design and implementation of Siebel’s server products.
- Siebel Architecture Specialists aim to provide support for customers’ Siebel production and non-production systems in the following areas:
- Production support,
- go-live/Production Rollout,
- upgrades, migrations,
- releases,
- change management,
- system administration,
- database administration performance analysis/tuning,
- installations, upgrades, security,
- technical architecture, networks, reviews etc
