The Role:

We are looking to expand Al Futtaim Motor’s Corporate Fleet team by recruiting a Bulk Sales Assistant to be based in Dubai. The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Assist in the follow-up of receivables checking of Exit/Entry certificates & up-dating all the received docs. Forwarding to SPD for Custom’s submission.- Responsible for the orderly files of Exit Certificates, Acknowledgement receipts, Sales Invoices, Delivery order, etc.- Assist in online printing of Dubai Custom’s BoE; request Abu Dhabi BoE true copies; file securely & provide when required. Maintaining accurate and updated BoEs.- Responsible for the accurate typing of the Customs Exit Certificates.- Assist checking of duty deposit; process duty refunds & forfeiture of deposits.- Assist collection of original LoC from bank, special cheque clearance, TT follow-up.- Assist re-export customers, answer phone enquiries, providing vehicle specification information. – Support Sales team during peak hours. – Order office stationery.

We currently have an opening for a Bulk Assistant Stock Controller to join Al Futtaim Motor’s Corporate Fleet team in Dubai. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining custody of and controlling the vehicles stock along with relevant documents so as to arrange timely availability of vehicles for sale to customers.Other responsibilities will include:
