We are an executive search firm, currently looking for Associate- Owner Managed Business (OMB / SME) Unit in Bahrain for Secondment basis for 4 months
The requirements are as follows:
1. Chartered Accountant / MBA-( ACA, ACCA, CPA, MBA)
2. Minimum 0.6 – 1 year Post Qualification Experience with Big 4 or reputed mid size firm
3. Work experience preferably in the Middle East region
4. Audit experience in Middle Market sector (SME, OMB), Financial sector experience is not suitable.
5. Good communication skills
6. Good exposure to IFRS and IT skills to handle e-audit
7. ‘Own practice’ experience is not suitable
8.Candidate should ready to join in 20-30 days.
9.The Position is for 4 months on Secondment Basis.If the Candidate is suitable, Organization may offer them permanent contracts.

- La prise de connaissance du cahier des charges client relatif au projet à intégrer,
- L’élaboration des spécifications techniques en coordination avec l’équipe du projet,
- Le développement et/ou l’encadrement d’équipe d’intégration rentrant dans le cadre de la mise en place de projet de BPO et de dématérialisation de document,
- Le pilotage et suivi des projets d’intégration autour de la plateforme PHENIX,
- La participation à la recette finale avec le client sur site à l’étranger ou à distance,
- L’élaboration des dossiers utilisateurs et techniques,
- Le respect des délais et des normes de qualité en place,
- Toutes autres actions en relation avec les projets mis en œuvre,
