Position Responsibilities

SunPower is rapidly expanding its international presence, and is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to oversee and expand its market penetration and commercial sales activities in the Middle East. The candidate will build upon SunPower’s early successes in the Middle East and will direct its growth to a multi-hundred megawatt market for SunPower.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Oversee and direct all SunPower activity in the Middle East region, including strategic, commercial and administrative functions. Additional operational functional groups may be resourced as the company’s business and operations needs evolve.

• Drive the expansion of SunPower’s revenues, volumes and customer set in the region, by deploying SunPower’s industry leading solar PV solutions into power plant, rooftop and off-grid environments, and by participating in project development if appropriate.

• Continuously fine-tune and adapt SunPower’s business strategy, channel/business model, sales forecast and resource plan for the Middle East market. Provide regular updates to SunPower executive team on opportunities and actions required to optimize business and drive growth.

• Develop pipeline of commercial sales opportunities and drive conversion of opportunities into revenue.

• Position SunPower as the solar solution of choice among prospects and against competing solutions.

• Drive and negotiate high-value partnerships with new or existing leading energy operators in the region

• Serve as the face of SunPower and senior point of contact for all SunPower activities in Middle East. Liaise with government entities and industry associations to influence PV/solar policy design.

• Attend and speak at key industry forums and conferences to ensure market prominence within key constituencies.

Reporting Structure

Position reports to the Managing Director Europe and Middle East.

This position will be based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. Frequent travel (30-40%) required within the region, with recurring travel to SunPower’s US or European headquarters for management meetings.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to work with their growing team based in Jordan

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staff, direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial

• Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability

• Provide timely accurate competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

• Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports submitted by Account Executives

• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines

Customer

• Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses

• Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction

• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees

Internal Process

• Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects

• Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team

• Ensure that all Account Executives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes

• Delegate authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up

• Set examples for Account Executives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habits

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary package will reflect experience levels and will depend on the candidate

• As a guide only: 30-32k SAR per month total package ($95-115k USD per annum)

• This will include a benefits package – Basic + Housing allowance + Mobile allowance + Transportation allowance (depending on experience)

• Extra benefits: Insurance covered based on the internal policy, tickets (once a year), commission based on the internal policy

• Tax free salary

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an executive level position.

Reporting to: Company Chairman and COO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the full operations of the Group within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This will include accountability for:

Strategic Management and Leadership:

• Gain a clear understanding of the strategic objectives set by the CEO

• Prepare/Provide strategic input into /the business plan and / or redevelop / refine the business plan in alignment with the strategic objectives as set by the CEO.

• Execute the approved business plan within the assigned market /activities.

• Operational aspects of the company namely all the commercial and technical matters.

• Interface in a timely manner with the support structures locally and at group level in order to ensure that they meet the required needs and to facilitate the achievement of the approved business plan and strategic goals and objectives

• Lead, Guide, direct, control and mentor the Division Managers in the execution of their required deliverables in order to achieve the approved business plan

• Disseminate goals to reportees in order that they are aware of the company expectations, and that these goals reflect the approved business plan

• Collect strong statistical information to measure performance for all

• Actively develop the micro and macro skills of your direct reports in the pursuit of developing a strong senior management team

• Ensure that the operational structures of the company comply with requirements and are as per “best business practice”

• Ensure that all operating mischief’s are promptly dealt with and that continuous improvement mechanisms ensure non recurrence of these

• Ensure internal controls are followed strictly in monitoring:

General Summary of the position:

Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Business Development, the successful candidate will be a part of a growing mobility team, based in company headquarters in Dubai, and will act as the main point of communication with potential Move One corporate clients as well as global mobility partners. The South Korean Business Developer / Sales Representative will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions and will manage the quality and consistency of Move One Relocations’ product and service delivery. The primary focus will be on South Korean companies with offices in the UAE as well as developing relationships with moving companies based in South Korea.

- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in the assigned territory/market segment

Job Description:

• Ensure that company’s financial objectives, goals, and institutional growth are met in the branch region and are in accordance with policies of the Board of Directors or the corporate charter as well as government regulations.

• Direct and coordinate activities of the subordinate departments/divisions to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations within and between branches and the headquarters and maximize profits.

• Focus on sales – responsible for tied agents (direct sales) and broker management, with minimal operational functions.

MAIN TASKS

• Together with the CEO and the CO BD, defines and decides on the strategies and operational initiatives for the region

• Together with the CEO, CO BD and CFO develops the yearly budget for the branches – technically and operationally

• Assumes full financial and operational responsibilities for the region and drives innovation and growth for Company in the region

• Based on the corporate strategic and operational goals, plans, develops, and directs the branch’s strategy policies, practices, and goals and ensures that it is consistently translated into strategies, operational targets and policies at all levels of the branch

• Directs and coordinates, through subordinate managerial and supervisor personnel, activities of the branch

• Acts according to the strategic guidelines, quality standards and ethical principles as defined and set by the Corporate Headquarter

• For the purpose of achieving financial results, assumes a strong sales focus, customer service responsibility and provides necessary front-office functionalities – serves groups, individuals, as well as walk-in customers

• Leverages operational synergies with other branches as much as possible and makes use of either headquarter service center or automations

• Builds up and lives functional interfaces to Production, Customer Service, UW, Marketing and Finance

• Coordinates with the Corporate Headquarter for Underwriting and Actuarial services. UW of standard quotations in the branches can be foreseen at a later stage, non-standards are to be underwritten in the Headquarter

• Directs and coordinates promotion of products/services performed to explore the market in the region in its entirety, increase market share, and obtain a competitive position in industry in the region

• Monitors the activities and performance of the branches and initiates necessary countermeasures

• Annual target setting, monitoring of progress and implementation for direct reports; involvement in target setting and monitoring for other key staff in the branch

• Career planning and development for direct reports and key staff in the branch

• Involved in recruiting of all key staff in the Branches

• Ensures proper communication and reporting in the region towards all major stakeholders internal and external (CEO, CO BD, clients, business partners and governmental bodies)

• Ensures proper communication and knowledge sharing within the branch

• Confers with administrative personnel, and reviews activity and operating reports to determine changes in programs or operations required

• Represents and promotes the branch in industry and maintains amicable relationships with relevant government agencies

• Promotes a culture of trust, commitment, performance, development and innovation within the company, and ensures sustainable development of the branch and their employees
