Looking for experienced Business Development Manager, who can generate leads and contribute to the profit of the company in GCC Region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Delivers sales presentations to key clients
- Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
- Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Develops account sales plans / approaches.
- Identifies prospects and develops sales strategies to secure new business.
- Prospects active and inactive accounts both independently and jointly with appropriate staff as prioritized by the management .
- Works closely with CEO to review /coordinate sales efforts to ensure continued focus and success in meeting and exceeding individual and company sales targets.
- Partners with appropriate team members as a dedicated sales resource to enhance sales efforts through engaging in specific sales action plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years proven inside direct sales experience with focus on new business development.
- Proven experience in developing sales strategies, identifying warm prospects and closing techniques.
- Ability to call on the highest levels of decision makers in an organization with confidence.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency in all sales and service activity.
- Exceptional communication, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
-Strong emphasis on the ability to listen and present appropriate solutions.
- Ability to establish and build relationships quickly within all levels of management and within customer accounts.
-Demonstrated initiative, and creativity with successful sales approaches and techniques.
-Experienced in use of CRM
-Excellent English & Arabic language communication skills.
-Western Education. Preferable to Hold a western passport.
