            • To ensure sales growth and profitability of Hilti systems within these projects.
            • Core Responsibilities:

              1. Development of comprehensive strategy to maximize sales and increase penetration to key accounts & engineering support for top customers.

              2. Maintain and develop on-site customer relationships to create Hilti fans.

              3. Extensive job site demonstration of our products.

              4. Coordinates and lead overall business activities for buying and potential customers for the assigned key projects.

              5. Develops strong relationships with the technical decision makers to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications within the assigned key projects.

              6. Provides technical support for Hilti products. This support function includes, but not limited to, design solutions, bill of materials, estimation and submittal for all Hilti engineered products.

              7. Ability to convey products and applications technical knowledge to clients and field sales personnel.

              8. Ensures maximum project penetration by providing Hilti solutions including non-engineering products to cover all major applications.

              9. Develops and maintain appropriate projects/accounts tracking systems including activity and progress reporting and action plans based on a frequency.

              • The Field Engineer focuses on the education of product design to consultants, architects and the engineering community as well as current and prospective customers.
              • This position participates in the growth of Hilti by providing competent recommendations to engineers and architects on specific applications using sound engineering judgment..
              • Core Responsibilities:

                • 1. Providing technical support to Hilti’s sales-force and customers consistent with market strategy.

                  2. This includes offering professional educational seminars, presentations, and testing details informing the customer of Hilti products, their performance characteristics, applications, and product limitations.

                  3. Have direct contact with salespeople or strategic business personnel to assess application problems and opportunities.

                  4. This position is accountable for the attainment of specification through regular planned calls to consultants, field engineers and designated contractors.

                  5. Accountable for developing solutions and supporting the sales process for the current as well as potential customers / prospects with special focus on one or more of the Segments.

                  6. Maintain contact with Consultants and Field Engineers through all phases of design and engineering in order to specify Hilti products.

                  7. Inform and train customers / prospects on using Hilti Engineering products aiming to support incremental sales.

                  8. Specific activities to support sales team: engineering support, specifications, technical job-site support seminars and technical software maintenance.

                  9. Lead the technical dept. in all technical issues

                  10. Coordinate actions between consultants and Technical Sales Reps.
