Task Requirements:

General Duties

1. Responsible for initiating and coordinating the administrative functions required for the efficient and effective functioning and support of CEO.

2. Responsible for uploading database

3. Screening the telephone calls, enquiries and requests for CEO

4. Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with domestic and international clients, to coordinate a variety of meetings for CEO.

5. Arranging appointments and maintains all the CEO‘s calendar and ascertain which events require their presence and co-ordinate such with other Directors.

6. Preparing agendas and other material for the Director’s as required.

7. Co-ordinate and support of Director’s meetings

8. Prepares and distributes minutes of meetings and follows up on actions as necessary.

9. Monitors follow through on decisions taken at meetings and prepare status reports as necessary.

10. Ensures that correspondence intended for Director’s signature is accurate and properly addressed.

11. Handling all emails and correspondence confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.

12. Maintains up-to-date lists of all the domestic and international clients.

13. Work closely with the Directors to coordinate and launch email marketing campaigns to consultants, clients and prospects.

14. Coordinate, arrange and schedule all meetings hosted by the Directors.

15. Take initiative in Director’s absence and delegating and over seeing work to others in his absence

Projects

1. Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.

2. Relieve management of administrative functions wherever possible.

3. Assist Director’s with preparation of presentation, reports and materials for various initiatives.

4. Update on and follow up delegated tasks to ensure progress in sync with timelines.

5. Preparing draft quotes for client enquiries.

6. Ensure all processes and guidelines for operating procedure are adhered to, both personally and by monitoring all staff and Management.

7. Identify any areas of the business process not functioning correctly and draft/submit suggested changes to function.

Travel

1. Arrange travel schedule and reservations for Director’s

2. Arrange hotel accommodations through official travel agent.

3. Prepare itinerary, trip file, and supplies.

4. Arrange expense sheet, foreign currency, immigration forms and any other requirements of the person who goes on business trip.

Role Summary/Purpose
The Lead Process Application Engineer provides technical support to the Vertical team in the development of a pipeline of potential petrochemical downstream process opportunities incorporating GE Energy products and services. This is done through a consultative, solutions approach in which you will provide P&L neutral designs to the customer demonstrating technical expertise and building customer credibility.
Essential Responsibilities
? Act as a conduit to identify and share current and emerging customer technical needs to enhance our tactical and strategic product positioning. Proactively promote and position GE early in the project phase to create value and influence by working closely with consultants, developers & customers. ? Provide technical expertise to Sales & Commercial Operations in selecting, implementing, and developing competitive product applications to address energy efficiency, resource scarcity and environmental requirements. ? Estimate GE equipment and system performance, hardware and price for budgetary estimates. ? Assess competitive system performance & hardware evaluation throughout the entire bid process. ? Identify customer?s needs and maximize the application of the entire GE Energy portfolio of solutions. ? Identify new products and product repositioning and communicate it back to the GE businesses. ? Participate in customer presentations, discussions, negotiations, conferences, and all front line marketing/sales efforts in a technical sales role. Be a catalyst in problem solving ? Lead technical project design and scope at customer meetings maintaining a high level of business acumen. Communicate these project requirements to effectively leverage GE Energy?s matrix organization. ? Train sales force to empower them with the latest technical knowledge and information. ? Collaborate and participate as a member of the industrial vertical team to create and communicate the GE value proposition. ? Maintain expertise on product and technology knowledge, international codes and standards, and processing technology advances.
Qualifications/Requirements
? Bachelor?s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant Engineering field ? Fluent in English ? About the Role:

This position reports to strongProjects Manager/strong and the main purpose of the role isemstrong /strong/emto nominate projects from conceptual stage till the end of completion and ensure all requirements are met to the satisfaction of Business Units.Key accountabilities will include:
1. Support Projects Manager to monitor construction works progress at site.2. Provide support when necessary to help consultants / contractors in getting required NOC’s from authorities to avoid any project delays.3. Review submitted sample materials, shop drawings and prepare necessary recommendation for approvals.4. Coordinate with projects team to ensure completion within time and budgets.5. Support close daily monitoring of progress at site to ensure compliance with approved program of works and reporting daily results to the Projects Engineer.6. Support Projects Manager in ensuring cost savings are made (wherever applicable) without compromising on quality.7. Ensure implemented safety measures at site are in line with standards.8. Ensure handing over of projects on time, completion of all snag lists as well as hand over of operating manuals in line with project requirementsstrong./strongHe/she will also be required to implement and compile with Environment, Health,Safety and Security policies and procedures.

- Identify the list of required material included in the non standard specifications.

- Request quotations/proposals of Gen-sets with accessories and other auxiliary equipments from the manufacturing plant in Lebanon.

- Arrange the required quotations/specifications/catalogs/test certificates from all related suppliers for the auxiliary equipment like Fuel System (single wall/double wall tanks, pumps, control panels, switches, valves, etc.), Exhaust System, Canopies/enclosures/containers, transformers, manual/automatic transfer switches, manual/automatic synchronizing panels, switch-gears, fire alarm system, etc.

- Arrange the required quotations /specifications from all related subcontractors for installations, loading, off loading, transportation, civil contractors, witness test, etc.

- Arrange the required quotation and proposal for the non standard business.

- Arrange the compliance statement for the non standard specification (if needed).

- Participate in all technical discussions with customers and consultants.

- Arrange the technical submitters for the approval of the consultants.

- Arrange the specification order to the manufacturing plant in Lebanon.

- Place the orders to all suppliers and subcontractors after doing the proper negotiations.

- Guide customers through engine installation requirements at design stage by providing information on company Guidelines / theory calculations / product issue’s.

- Carry out comprehensive project evaluations of installation using theoretical tools / CAD layouts.

- Develop document & issue branch structures / Project Bill of Materials in line with business & customer requirements.

- Work with Project Team participating in cross functional proactive & corrective action groups.

- Keep abreast of product updates, tools, development in technology and installation guidelines for all relevant market sectors.
