We are looking for a motivated person to join our team at WSI.

The role of Web Developer/Project Coordinator is a demanding job in which you will be responsible for assisting with web projects for customers directly reporting to the Digital Projects Manager. You will be liaising with customers and be required to gain information from them to inform the projects, as well as provide timely updates for the customer.

The successful candidate needs to be able to be flexible and adapt to changes in the work stream with a commitment to self directed learning and be motivated by the developing digital market as it unfolds. This role required an ability to adapt to experiential learning.

Main Responsibilities

Technical

• Website Development using the following applications ASP.Net, PHP, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.

• Content management for websites, including updating and formatting content, etc.

• Quality Assurance in testing and validating projects.

• Scheduling resources within the team to ensure that projects have the correct resources to be sustainable and meet the required output.

• Development life cycle (SDLC)

• Contribution to other business activities to ensure project completion and team success

Communication & Customer Focus

The Role: Lead Change Manager

Our client in the Middle East is looking to engage a Lead Change Manager to join a team of talented consultants. Successful candidates will be engaged in consulting assignments for our clients in the Middle East.

Duties:

You will be responsible for carrying out organisational change management scope appropriate to the delivery of transformational projects and programs. These initiatives typically involve technology solutions and the associated change-related activities. You may also participate in the planning, execution, deployment and/or post-implementation phases.

You may be assigned to work on projects involving different solutions in areas such as Digital Oilfield, Data Management, Work and Asset Management, Service Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Content Management / Document Management, or other general business process change efforts.

As a Change Management expert, you will typically be responsible for:

• Helping to identify those parts of the organisation affected by a change.

• Identifying impacts to an organisation and determining appropriate interventions, such as changes in job roles or incentives, or needs for training, communications, etc.

• Overseeing and/or performing role design and role mapping.

• Developing and managing relationships with stakeholders.

• Coordinating training (overseeing and/or performing design, development, and/or delivery of training) for the project team, subject matter experts, leadership and/or end users

• Developing and executing a communications plan to ensure that all persons impacted by the implementation – stakeholders, customers, vendors and end users, are kept informed at critical points

Develop and execute AES business operations in line with its Mission, Vision and Values. Under the guidance of the AES Director, the incumbent will be primarily responsible for devising and managing AES’s overall operational aspects by ensuring the alignment and coordination of all business transactions with internal as well as external stakeholders. Identify challenges and recommend solutions; estimate, manage, plan, & execute projects concurrently from inception through to implementation under minimal supervision. Ensure effective communication with stakeholders in line with established quality standards in execution of the activities within established budgets and time frame.

Key Result Areas:

 Plan and execute AES operational needs ensuring all business objectives are handled in line with established business standards and work norms.

 Execute objectives in light of business plan and established policies and procedures are being followed, that goals and objectives are met, and that services and projects are being accomplished efficiently and effectively

 Develop business reports on business transactions and achievements to the AES Director in addition to management reports and communicate as necessary.

 Develops & designs briefs in co-ordination with other end-users for procurement of professional consulting services

 Represents AES in dealing with appointed consultants and contractors and assists in making appropriate decisions related to the projects

 Coordinates with the Consultants to ensure timely completion of AES projects; monitors progress of work and resolves obstacles to ensure completion on time

 Owns data quality/ integrity control on the front end and back end of the Portal

 Extracts, analyzes, validates and streamlines data for Management and Business Reporting

 Provides technical and user support, maintenance, and resolution of problems of system operations
