Job Purpose Statement:

This job exists to implement and support Corporate Cash Management(CM) products and services in keeping with customer requirements and the overall relationship/sales plans, including the coordination of specific IT activities, procedural implementations, solution implementations and customer support.

Principal Accountabilities:

1- Plan the implementation of profitable solutions for cash management products and their distribution solution.

2- Implement customized solutions by performing pre-implementation check, installation and configuration.

3- Provide customer support post-implementation of products / solutions and also provide “help desk” support to resolve complaints and queries in coordination with CSU.

4- Participate actively in product launches to create customer awareness.

5- Train customers on products and solutions.

6- Ensure adherence to SLAs.

7- Keep abreast of market conditions with regard to aspects of delivery and quality of cash management products.

8- Ensure that all related policies are practiced and that the accompanying procedures are implemented.

9- The Jobholder is required to follow any additional instructions provided by his Manager within or in relation to the scope of his work.

Our client, is an international oil and gas company is currently seeking to recruit an IT Helpdesk AnalystYou will provide technical, administrative, purchasing, and customer support for the Information Technology department. The ideal candidate will perform a full range of IT support functions with moderate supervision from UAE IT Manager. The employee will log IT support tickets received via phone, email and online helpdesk system. The employee will provide the first level of IT support and will resolve at least 60% of IT issues. If required, the employee will escalate to second level of IT staff in both UAE and US offices. In addition, the employee will assist in purchasing, IT inventory management, equipment repairs and support issues. Finally, the employee will develop documentation, maintain filing system and provide periodic status report.Key Job Responsibilities Log IT helpdesk tickets received via phone, email and online system. Provide first level of IT troubleshooting (phone support, remote login and in-person), resolving at least 60% of IT issues. Escalate to second level IT staff in both UAE and US offices. Prepare and manage filing for IT related documentation (letters, applications, contacts, licenses, procedures and purchase orders). Manage the content and security of Microsoft SharePoint teamsites. Manage IT hardware, software, and mobile devices inventory. Work with vendors to receive quotes, prepare paperwork, schedule repairs, confirm and follow-up on deliveries. Prepare and send user notifications for IT related activities. Be available for off-hour support and on-call rotation. Arrange meetings, book and prepare meeting rooms and providearrange hospitality. Other duties consistent with the grade as directed.

- Ensure availability of salesman, shelf boys in the showroom to support customer

- Ensure updating of SKU prices, barcodes, and product information on a daily basis

- Ensure shelves, and labels are up to date, neat, and readable to customers.

- Monitor the movement of items, and act based on results

- To monitor, and ensure compliance of, the Hygienic of showroom and store area

- Monitor the Staff discipline and customer support within the showroom

Reporting:

- Submit Regular reports to Branch manager for effective monitoring and control

Guidance and Supervision:

- Human Resource related activities for the staff (evaluation, training, and allocation.)

- Discuss submitted reports findings with Team leaders, and section heads to guide for the correct actions

- Supervise shelf replenishment activity

- Guide cashiers to use the updated currency transfer rates

- Guide and inspire team work spirit within showroom staff

Coordination:

- Keeping in touch with the supplier daily for delivery and to avoid out of stock

- Coordinate with IT Team leader, Store keeper, and Team leader concerning their demands & necessities

Additional Duties:

- Any additional task assigned by superior / reporting head.

Communication

Internal:

- Daily personal communication with Area Manager concerning day to day activities

- Daily communication with showroom staff for guidance and monitoring

- As required communication with Store Keeper to ensure and update selling prices

- Daily Communication with cashiers to ensure updating currency transfer rates

- As required meetings with other showrooms to coordinate activities

External:

- As required meeting with suppliers to discuss Supplies issues

- Continuous communication with customers to resolve their issues and complaints
