We are one of the leading group of companies specializing in the trading and manufacturing industries. The Factory is a state of art production facility in a joint venture with the worldwide known ECR Glass technology provider.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer for our ECR glass fiber manufacturing factory located in the new Bahrain International Investment Park, Bahrain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading E & I Section and undertaking E & I Lab activities.

• Planning and implementation of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for high machine utilization and smooth production.

• Cost effective spare parts inventory control of Electrical and Instrument Equipment

• Undertake engineering assignments related to production as and when required.

• 24 hours on call availability to meet any extra ordinary situation

• Calibration of process instruments

• Monitor and facilitate the E & I shift operations

• Responsible for safe keeping of Lab Instruments and tools

• Responsible to suggest, design and implement small projects for high machine utilization and other process requirements.

• Responsible for the day to day operation of the Factory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.E./B.Tech. [Electrical/Electronics] from reputed institute.

• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in Glass Fiber/Metallurgy or Ceramic industry.

• Knowledge of TQM, Six Sigma competencies and ISO certifications.

KEY SKILL:

• Excellent analytical, technical, leadership and managerial skills

• Ability to work in multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment.

• Strategic and creative thinking and problem solving skills

• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety Management in the plant.

About the Job:

In this role you will be responsible for:
To support all activities associated with the day-to-day operations of the ePlus Web Store, by maintaining and merchandizing the products, supporting marketing initiatives to drive online customer acquisition and retention, and online sales.  Web Store Sales and Reporting
 - Execute merchandising updates on Store pages
- Set up cross-sells and up-sells for products
- Coordinate pricing and distribution activity with the sales & product management team
- Ad hoc updates to product content such as creation of new images and promotional copy
- QA website to ensure the relevant content (product, pricing, banners, and links) is correct.
- Initiate, lead and develop CRM tools & programs to drive incremental revenue through creative sales & marketing promotions.
- Regular reporting of sales for all products and web stores / showrooms
- Reporting and analysis of promotional campaign results
   Promotion & Marketing Support - Co-ordinate creation of product landing pages, banners and other online marketing assets to support marketing activities
- Maintain product rollout schedule and web store marketing calendar
- Evaluate online presence and rate positioning in respect to our immediate competitors
- Coordinate with PMM marketing for promoting products on offer & driving footfalls to the site.
- Plan for cross promotions with non- competing retailers, banks, airlines and other relevant business entities

Responsible for monitoring and coordinating activities and resources in support of technical projects (i.e., low-current system such as CCTV, Public Address System, Electronic Door System, Nursing Call, etc.) to ensure completion of the same within the expected time-frame.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

* Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, including administrative tasks and any other tasks so required by the projects.

* Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports, directly related to the projects.

* Keep track of the Project Management Calendars and remind personnel to adhere thereto.

* Ensure manpower and backstop (needed in the absence of the regular manpower) requirements are met.

* Communicate concerns of the projects to the Department Manager through the Site Supervisors and Sales Engineers.
