Objective:

The Senior Account Manager(HP) should have the focus on selling HP product portfolio to targeted list of small and medium businesses, corporate accounts, government agencies, schools and Oil Sectors, using all sales methods in collaboration with the presales team & CBS sales teams. The successful candidate in this position will perform resolution of customer issues and will participate in important negotiations with key customers. Responsibilities include solution selling with a customer first mentality and selling across hp’s product family mainly on the HP active product family and HP networking, using Qnet presales & orders processes and inputting leads activities & order in Qnet POS system. The representative also responds to telephone inquiries regarding order delivery/expediting, and routes customer to appropriate company resources as needed. The position carries account responsibility with quota.

Who are we looking for?

The Role:

This Digital Account Management role will take care of multiple clients in our Abu Dhabi operation covering the GCC/North Africa region.

We are looking for someone who has the ability to convert leads in to sales and to be responsible for forming strong and friendly relationships, building trust and demonstrating that our experience and capabilities add real value to their decision making process.

The Account Manager will look to increase their portfolio by working with new clients, helping them to plan and scope their projects, and formulate a proposal based on the client’s digital objectives.
