About the Job
Reporting to the Managing Director, your specific accountabilities will include:
Quality after Sales Service
Provide efficient and professional after sales service and installation of air-conditioning equipment and appliances marketed by the company in to maximize customer satisfaction.
Smooth Service Operations
Effectively organize the daily operations of the Service Department to enable it to function smoothly with optimal call attendance and maximum customer satisfaction.
Cash Collection
Ensure proper collection, reconciliation and handover of the daily cash collections to the Finance Department.
Housekeeping and Timekeeping
Manage the appearance and house keeping of the Service Center to provide a clean, tidy and proper working environment.
Local Purchases
Manage stocks of consumables and accessories.
Management Information
Compile, collate and report information on warranty, service complaints, parts non-availability, operational problems and tool requirements to enable appropriate processes.
Leadership
Motivate and train service employees to achieve high levels of efficiency, delivery of quality output and adherence to safety and work standards.
Coordination of Project Work
Provide support to installation team to estimate installation costs to assist sales.
