1.Implement company strategy in achieving its objectives of expanding its business across Egypt as well as export markets in Arab and African countries in the neighborhood.

2.Create and apply local coverage and marketing techniques through which sales force can reach all potential buying decisions in private and governmental sectors and maximize company value and competitiveness to win the business

3.Reengineer sales territories in Egypt and export markets in line with potential opportunities and train existing sales force to properly address these markets

4.Effectively participate in exhibition and events whereby the company can be exposed to decision makers and establish long term relationship with those customers

5.Ensure company competitiveness and utilize its unique selling propositions to achieve successful positioning strategy in its markets

6.Establish performance management and CRM system to monitor the performance of the sales employees in relation to preset objectives and targets.

7.Work closely with other departments’ heads as one team to ensure the alignment of the whole company toward achieving shared objectives and goals.

We are looking for an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer for our ECR glass fiber manufacturing factory located in the new Bahrain International Investment Park, Bahrain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading E & I Section and undertaking E & I Lab activities.

• Planning and implementation of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for high machine utilization and smooth production.

• Cost effective spare parts inventory control of Electrical and Instrument Equipment

• Undertake engineering assignments related to production as and when required.

• 24 hours on call availability to meet any extra ordinary situation

• Calibration of process instruments

• Monitor and facilitate the E & I shift operations

• Responsible for safe keeping of Lab Instruments and tools

• Responsible to suggest, design and implement small projects for high machine utilization and other process requirements.

• Responsible for the day to day operation of the Factory.

REQUIREMENTS:

• B.E./B.Tech. [Electrical/Electronics] from reputed institute.

• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in Glass Fiber/Metallurgy or Ceramic industry.

• Knowledge of TQM, Six Sigma competencies and ISO certifications.

KEY SKILL:

• Excellent analytical, technical, leadership and managerial skills

• Ability to work in multi-discipline, multi-cultural environment.

• Strategic and creative thinking and problem solving skills

• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety Management in the plant.
