Our client is a very well respected name within the Technology and Power industries across the Middle East. With rapid expansion plans for 2012 they are an exciting multinational company to be a part of.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join the company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an executive level position.

Reporting to: Company Chairman and COO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage the full operations of the Group within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This will include accountability for:

Strategic Management and Leadership:

• Gain a clear understanding of the strategic objectives set by the CEO

• Prepare/Provide strategic input into /the business plan and / or redevelop / refine the business plan in alignment with the strategic objectives as set by the CEO.

• Execute the approved business plan within the assigned market /activities.

• Operational aspects of the company namely all the commercial and technical matters.

• Interface in a timely manner with the support structures locally and at group level in order to ensure that they meet the required needs and to facilitate the achievement of the approved business plan and strategic goals and objectives

• Lead, Guide, direct, control and mentor the Division Managers in the execution of their required deliverables in order to achieve the approved business plan

• Disseminate goals to reportees in order that they are aware of the company expectations, and that these goals reflect the approved business plan

• Collect strong statistical information to measure performance for all

• Actively develop the micro and macro skills of your direct reports in the pursuit of developing a strong senior management team

• Ensure that the operational structures of the company comply with requirements and are as per “best business practice”

• Ensure that all operating mischief’s are promptly dealt with and that continuous improvement mechanisms ensure non recurrence of these

• Ensure internal controls are followed strictly in monitoring:

- Sales

- Commercial contractual matters

- Projects Management/Projects Executions/Projects Planning

- Regulatory compliance with regards operational / technical / commercial matters

- Risk management / aversion

- Vendor relations

- Cost management

- Invoicing and Collections

- Staff management

• Provide clear, accurate and regular reporting to the CEO in the form of a “dashboard”

• Prepare Annual (or when required) Budgets and Forecasts, broken down to monthly milestones

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary package will reflect experience levels and will depend on the candidate

• As a guide up to 45k SAR per month/ $145k USD per annum

• PLUS highly attractive profit share

• (Proof of current earnings will be required at reference stage)

• This will include a benefits package – accommodation and transport allowance

• Plus medical coverage for family and return flights to home country each year

• Tax free salary

The individual staff has a responsibility to the public for setting standards of practice to promote and delineate responsibility and accountability. Attainment and maintenance of high quality patient care by being an active member and adhere to accepted practice guidelines for management of patient conditions to direct care through nursing process, include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation/outcome. Must use critical thinking skills, analytical abilities, theories research findings, current accepted nursing and medical knowledge and scientific process to attain nursing goals based on available human and material resources.

Clinical Responsibilities

1. Perform head to toe assessment of patient’s health status by focusing on the chief complaint or reason for seeking Health care and prioritize their care according to the severity of their complaint.

2. Establishes diagnosis and to rule out life threatening condition wherein data collected during assessment in critically analyzed to arrive at differential diagnosis that the established diagnosis are hierarchical, beginning with the most life threatening.

3. Comprehensively and accurately document procedures done.

4. Uses sound judgment in accepting responsibility, delegating and seeking consultation.

5. Enact the patient care and professional standards in an ethical manner.

6. Serves as a patient advocate.

7. Treats each individual as unique and with dignity and work with patient in all age groups.

8. Ensures each patient’s right to privacy.

9. Maintain confidentiality of patient information to the extend allowed by law and within the unit and hospital as a whole.
