We offer door to door moving, fine art shipping, pet transportation and personalized relocation assistance (including but not limited to home search, school search, settling-in and immigration services).

General Summary of the position:

Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Business Development, the successful candidate will be a part of a growing mobility team, based in company headquarters in Dubai, and will act as the main point of communication with potential Move One corporate clients as well as global mobility partners. The South Korean Business Developer / Sales Representative will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions and will manage the quality and consistency of Move One Relocations’ product and service delivery. The primary focus will be on South Korean companies with offices in the UAE as well as developing relationships with moving companies based in South Korea.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in the assigned territory/market segment

- Seek out opportunities to increase business

- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned

- Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships

- Help develop and submit professional, clear and effective proposals for current and prospective customers

- Provide a consistently high level of service to Move One customers regarding the entire process of relocation, freight rates, service levels, schedule information and customer inquiries and complaints

- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups

- Identify and resolve client concerns

- Stay up-to-date on new product and service opportunities, special developments, market conditions, competitors’ activities as well as advertising and promotional trends via personal connections and through the reading of pertinent literature

- Communicate new opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through networking activities to appropriate company staff

- Participate in sales meetings, networking events, trade shows and conventions

- Other duties as assigned

Engineering Coordinator – Qatar

QSTech is a joint venture between Qatar Foundation, SolarWorld AG and the Qatar Development Bank and will produce 3,600 tons per year of polysilicon for export to the world solar energy markets.
This position supports the QSTech Polysilicon Project for the Engineering, construction, commissioning and startup of a new 3600 MTPY facility located in Ras Laffan Qatar. Work location will be on site once EPC Contractor has established all required facilities suitable to carryout and execute required duties.
The Engineering Coordinator position reports to and supports the Construction Site Manager, Site Engineering Lead for Polysilicon Project.
The Engineer Coordinator primary function will be to participate within the field engineering team to work closely with EPC contractor and ensure that all engineering works are carried out in accordance with the Project Integrated Basis of Design and all Project requirements, procedures, budgets and schedules.
The general responsibilities included:
Participate in Project Engineering issues as directed by the Site Engineering Lead and/or Construction Site Manager in order to provide ownership, management, resolution tracking, and/or reporting.
Work closely with the project construction and interface groups to coordinate the written and verbal communication needs between the various contractors and other outside 3rd Parties affected by the Project.
Utilize networking, influence negotiation skills and technical knowledge to help assure compliance with Project Interface groups and the other outside agencies within RLIC and QP.
Meet strong project timeline commitments without compromising the core principles that the project is based on.
Ensure EPC Contractor has all relevant correspondence in accordance with Project Procedures and establish tracking procedures to verify and validate.
Demonstrate a strong leadership commitment and spirit of working within an integrated project team.
Responsible party for the Project’s Interface Register and associated weekly & monthly reports related to Interface issues.
Primary Accountabilities:
Meet or exceed the HSE targets and take a leading role in safety management, promoting a true HSE culture for the project. Lead by example, Review Interface register, weekly/monthly reports of Interface Activity.
Direct responsibility for reviewing Engineering drawings and specifications to interpret, understand, and articulate guidance to the construction team.
Ability to coordinate with all groups and levels of management for the project.
Understand the construction schedule and be able to anticipate forthcoming conflicts and alert management and take appropriate actions to mitigate impacts to cost and schedule.
Problem solver to take on Special Projects.
Relief cover to the Construction, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Mechanical Completion/Hand Over, HSE and Security groups as directed.
Act as and provide a 3rd Party verification and audits.
Principal Integrated Projects Liaison.
Strong planning and construction background with ability to make presentations at the project level.
Liaise between the Project PMT, the other groups and local contractors to promote Project awareness.
Work independently to research topics and organize results to logically explain the situation, forecast potential issues, offer suite of possible solutions, and prepare a well thought out recommendation.
Capability to react quickly and adapt to new circumstances.
Conduct regular meetings with the EPC Contractor to review status, performance and way forward, including related to interface and Engineering issues.
Ensure that department audits are carried out as per the plan and initiate audits as and when required.
Manage and ensure timely close-out of project documentation /correspondence in close cooperation with Document Control Procedures.

* Engage with various technology streams to address technology risk items as per the various business risk forums.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Risk Related:
* To be the source of reference within technology to facilitate and promote understanding of operational risk and compliance requirements..

* Review and manage implementation of all changes to ensure no risk to stability of systems / infrastructure.
* Participate in PSCs and/or working groups of major projects and provide the necessary support and inputs to facilitate the implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
* Deep knowledge and experience on Banking applications and Channels
* Significant experience withiin a Technology Service Management role
* Effective communication skills, both spoken and written.
