Sales Supervisor
Sales Supervisor will be responsible to:
Leading a sales team, sales generation, business development, proactive promotion in the field and executing company standards
Provide customer service by responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods, timely supplies and smooth recoveries.
Assign Salesmen to specific areas and suggest territory targets.
Direct and supervise subordinates engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
Keep records of purchases, sales, and requisitions.
Train, evaluate personnel in sales and suggesting to the management promoting or firing workers when appropriate.
Perform routine field visits to observe performance of salesmen assigned in the allocated territory making detailed analysis and providing a push to sales in the specified area.
