Job Profile (Include key responsibilities):
- Planning the audits on quarterly basis of plants, MPD, EDF and head office. It includes team selection, communication with audited department/site, reviewing the audit reports for completion, follow up for actions and provide support to audit team. Will also conduct audits of head office functions etc.
- Monthly visit to site as per plan to conduct the hygiene verification.
- Reviewing the documents (include procedures,SOPs, recording formats, specifications, plans etc) with teams & manager quality system before issuance.
- Coordinate for trainings with HR/SET for development of training plan, training material and conduct sessions e.g. on quality, food safety and environment related topics.
- Ensure that identified corrective actions are documented and implemented. Verify its implementation and effectiveness.
- Collect information from external sources with respect to product quality, safety, environment and provide input for updation.
- Coordinate with teams to gather the minutes of meetings and evaluate along with manager quality systems.
- Review of HACCP plans, OPRP plans and PRP documents along with manager quality systems to determine their suitability and adequacy.
