To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales of our products & services range to Saudi Arabia major accounts and specifies, in accordance with agreed business plans.

Job Description

• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.

• Develop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketing to major accounts by main market sector and company products.

• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, post, telephone, and personal visits.

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.

• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

• Maintain and report on company’s products & services for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.

• Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

• Manage the external marketing agency activities of telemarketing and research.

- إعداد وتحضير معلومات كاملة عن العملاء الحاليين المستهدفين والالتزام ببرنامج متابعة دورية للعملاء الحاليين والعمل على استقطاب عملاء جدد وشرح وتوضيح منتجات وخدمات الشركة و عقد صفقات واتفاقيات معهم .

- بيع منتجات الشركة من خلال ترويجها للعملاء ومشاركاتهم في منتجات الشركة والتواصل الدائم معهم وتعزيز وتوثيق علاقة العملاء بالشركة.

- إعداد تقارير يومية ودورية حول نتائج الزيارات وعمليات وخدمات صفقات العمل الموقعة مع العملاء ورفعها للمدير المسؤول وتنفيذ توجيهاته بشأنها.

- التأكد من إكتمال اوراق العملاء المطلوبة من الشركة لانهاء الصفقات البيعية

-متابعة موظفي خدمة العملاء والمبيعات والتسويق وتحديدالمهام الخاصة لهم وتقييمها

- العمل على استدراج افضل الطرق للتوظيف المتنوع وبما يضمن زيادة المبيعات

- اعداد التقارير الدورية المستوفاة لكافة البيانات وتقديمها للمدير المباشر

- تطوير خدمات وقنوات عمل المركز بافضل الطرق

- التوثيق والتنظيم والمحافظة على جميع الموارد البيعية والتسويقة للمركز وفق نظام الارشفة الالكتروني والنسخ الورقية المعتمدة له .
