HR Manager

• Lead and manage the HR team

• Act as a consultant to your client groups and provide input on the HR implications of strategic and operational decisions and plans

• Implement employment policies and procedures relevant to the site needs

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels

• Ensure up to date and accurate statistics are maintained

• Support and advise Line Managers in their management and development of their direct reports

• Develop and maintain suitable communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of accurate information

• Consult with the Management Team and all other employees on Labour Law, HR Policies, HR Processes, Compensation, etc.

• Monitor trends and development in the HR/Competency Development field to support the company’s business strategy and link with learning organization initiatives

Integrate new global HR processes as appropriate at site

• Participate in national and international HR projects

• Provide performance management expertise and assistance to sustain the highest quality workforce

• Coach line management and cultivate appropriate development solutions to raise skills and productivity

• Work with line managers and participate in higher level Investigation, Disciplinary and Grievance meetings as required

• Keep aware of changes and create strategies to sustain and improve employee morale

• Provide constructive feedback and advice with tact and influence

This is a highly visible position that is critical to the company’s Customer Service operations, with direct accountability to quality and metrics.

Missions:

• Manage Team Managers, each of them responsible for one customer service production team

• Manage and drive staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and other Change/ Six Sigma initiatives

• Lead the customer service production teams to the achievement of their performance goals to set up and communicate quality and productivity goals, specific to the team, site or department goals

• Ensures that team is meeting quality and productivity goals

• Supports the Team Managers in monitoring performance improvement initiatives for quality and productivity at the team level

• Ensures high compliance to operational processes and policies

• Measures performance, provides feedback, hold Team Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments

• Ensures all Service Levels are met for the website he/ she is supporting

• Monitors actual staffing levels against plan to ensure compliance to intra-week and intra-day schedules

• Dynamically monitoring Service Levels and taking the relevant corrective actions as required

• Communicates and maintains the company’s Customer Service vision, direction and culture

• Constantly improves workflow and operational processes

• Keeps abreast of technology improvement at the company and industry level
