Responsibilities:
1. Getting best offers from various mills and forwarded to concern parties and follows up for feedback of buyers from Marketing person / Account holder.
2. Ensure sampling is done in desired specs and parameters & carried out in an agreed time.
3. After getting order confirmation from marketing office, immediately confirming order with concerned mills and getting sales contract within one working day.
4. Forwarding related information to shipment executive and accountant for proper follow up of the order.
5. Daily / weekly follow up with mills for on time shipment
6. Co-ordinate with shipment executive to follow up for planning of inspection Schedules.
7. Ensure all the containers are inspected and report is sent over to the respective marketing manager.
