Area Distributors in Esquare
Provide day-to-day supervision and leadership to product-focused and product-specific production. Plans and assigns work; implements policies and procedures; increases subordinates skills and capabilities; and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Make employment decisions. Resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
2. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas.
3. Coach and counsel employees; document/discuss performance reviews on a timely basis.
4. Maintain proper inventory levels.
5. Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
These distributors would be responsible to sell our services door to-door, in their assigned area.
They must have some prior personal sales experience, with small office any where in that same area.
No huge cash required to start off. You can start off with few of your unemployed experienced friends, who can sell and manage sales force.
