2. Develop, seek approval and periodically update area geographical breakdown, ensuring efficient journey plans.
3. Ensure proper communication and strict adherence to the division’s sales and distribution policies among his team members.
4. Develop and strengthen relations with key accounts ensuring delivery of the sales objectives.
5. Ensure through continuous field audit strict adherence to all merchandizing activities, especially with the key accounts and coops.
6. Perform daily fields accompaniment with his sales team in order to assess and provide feedback to their performance in the field. Come up with training needs to support his team’s performance.
7. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all reports required by the management.
8. Ensure a complete and up – to date census for his area.
9. Monitor the competitors’ marketing campaign for the competitors and report any new products or promotions in the market. Provide periodical reports about the impact of these activities in his area
