This position is for a Software/Web Developer and will be primarily responsible for developing software and web applications. The ideal candidate will understand how to write user interface documentation, make enhancements in web applications development, must have experience in web development using VB.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, AJAX, SQL Server and Web Services.

Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; must be a team player with excellent verbal & written communication skills & have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment. This is a highly critical position reporting directly to the CEO.

Required Skills:

- NET 3.5/3.0/2.0, ASP.NET, VB.NET,ADO.NET, SQL Server 2005/2008, MS SourceSafe, MS Vision, Web Services.

- PHP/MySQL experience is a plus.

- Work with current developmental projects in VB.NET, ASP.NET 2008 and SQL Server 2008 according to formal development protocol.

- Perform testing of applications, modifications, and enhancements to ensure application uptime and integrity.

- Maintain existing web applications environment.

- Proactively troubleshoot existing applications

- Recommend and implement improvements for greater efficiency.

- Ideal candidate will understand how to develop object oriented software, write user interface documentation, make enhancements to existing programs

- 3+ years AP.Net, VB.Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server

- 4+ year of experience in a developmental role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Microsoft certification (preferred).

- Proven track record of development of complex, web based applications.

- Experience translating business strategic goals & requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong object-oriented programming & developmental skills.

- Extensive experience with large databases and complex query structures.

- Ability to work within tight deadlines and on multiple, quality projects.
