?Responsible to Develop / modify Jigs, Fixtures & Dies.
?Analyze the defective components and monitor the improvement in quality.
?Keep strong coordination with Dealers and Vendors in order to resolve customer complains and monitor the quality of parts and ensure the implementation of Quality checks at Vendors end.
?Monitor and improve quality of in-house manufacturing and conduct technical trainings to bring awareness regarding Quality standards and checks.
Required Skills:
Quality control and Assurance ability
Must have knowledge of mould mechanism and Die repair.
Should have expertise in material testing and inspection.
Good analytical and Problem solving skills.
Good Presentation Skills.
