- Provide leadership and vision to program
- Maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders as necessary to enhance program effectiveness
- Participate in coordination meetings at various level
- To establish, maintain and strengthen organizational relationship with donors across Pakistan.
-To write concept notes and project proposals
- To streamline program by developing five years strategy
- To develop and strengthen monitoring and evaluation system for the program
- To prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to donors
Required Skills:
Computer Skills SPSS, Linear programming, forecasting models etc.
Writing & Communication Skills Excellent.
Ability to be a good team leader.
