Following main job at least will be performed by candidate:

  • RFQ (Request For Quotation) submission to vendors
  • Comparison of prices and order placement
  • Dispatch Instruction for shipment
  • Costing analysis
  • Follow-up with suppliers
  • Invoices verification with respect of purchase order issued to supplier
  • Assist procurement Teams in day to day activities of procurement
  • Required Skills:

    Incumbent should possess

    Strong communication skills for day to day routine correspondence

    Basic knowledge of business in co-terms and trade business, import, export transaction

    On hand skills of MS Office especially Excel, Words and email clients correspondence

    Team work and time management aptitude
