Job Description:
They are seeking to hire the services of a Contracts Manager that is required by a busy main contractor for a project with 6 high rise towers in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have following:
– Fluent in Chinese
– Fluent in English
– Degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
– High rise experience
– 3–5 yrs exp in the Middle East
– 10yrs + exp in all
This is a long term job on a project with at least 2 yrs to run, which has funding secured.
Experience: 10+ Years
Education: Bachelors Degree
