Customer Service Representative in LN Technologies
We are looking for a Customer Service Rep for our USA Based client who will be handling both inbound and out bound calls. Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience working in the industry. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
Following are the requirements.
-Must have call center Knowledge and experience of 4+ years. USA experience a plus
-Make outbound calls and inbound calls to clients in USA
-Ability to train and prepare back-ups.
-Must have ability to work under pressure situation.
-Excellent written and communication skills.
-Must be confident.
-Must know how to Use Email, Internet, MS Word, Power Point and Excel.
-Attention to details, team work, and problem solving skills.
-Must have the ability to serve USA-based customers and provide high quality services.
- Self motivated, ensure productivity.
