Customer Services Officer in J&P Coats Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.
To follow-up on orders by coordinating between production control and marketing.
To generate order servicing reports as per formats available.
To act as main contact point for Lahore customer order status and advise Lahore sales office regarding order status.
To manage day to day activities such as: maintaining file of orders,invoicing when goods are received, maintaining record of completed orders,getting balance quantities manufactured against same order, invoicing balance quantities, handling matters of re invoicing.
To ensure daily up dation of the sales figures data.
To inform marketing about any unforeseen delay in a particular order.
To handle transactions to and from Lahore Office.
