Job description:
The data entry operator receives data in raw form from other department for preparation and entry into computer system. Receives and update information from various commodities sectors i.e. food and NFI and put this information in an organized form in computer system. Generate reports from databases as required by Commodity Manager/Commodity Officer.
Major Responsibilities
Receive commodities related information from other internal department and also from inside the commodity unit for preparation and entry into the data processing system.
Review data to ensure accuracy.
Data collected from the field entered in database and produced in an organized form.
Keep safe backup of all data both in hard and soft copies.
Enter the beneficiary?s data in formats already developed and provided by CO and sent the hard copy to team after proper approvals.
Keep scan copies of all documents collected from the field teams after final reporting.
Can be assigned to do small computer related tasks like typing of letters, creation of mathematical sheets and creation of presentation.

Required Skills:
Experience of data entry at large scale.
Minimum typing speed 40 words per minutes.
Knowledge of working in common office application (like Microsoft word, Microsoft excel etc).
Good command of oral and written local language.
