Director Marketing and Sales in Park Plaza
Develops annual marketing and service plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives.
Directs implementation and execution of marketing and sales policies and practices.
Ensures marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with GM
Develops and manages pricing structures.
Provides leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnership arrangements.
Provides leadership and support for the design, development and implementation of products and service lines.
Oversees and directs market research, competitor analysis and customer service feedback and retention monitoring processes and initiatives.
Builds, develops and manages marketing,Sales and customer service team capable of developing needed marketing,Sales and service strategies.
Manages marketing services department including development and distribution of all marketing collateral if required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
