IHT (sister concern of Trisoft), along with European Institutions, is undertaking a European Union funded project titled ?Sustainable and Cleaner Production in the Manufacturing Industries of Pakistan?.

IHT is a leading consulting company specialized in Energy Efficiency, Environmental Conservation, Power Generation, and Renewable Energies, and has a proven track record of working with power generation companies, utilities, and industrial clients. We are seeking individuals with:

IHT seeks Engineers for evaluation and assessment of natural resources, particularly energy, water, chemicals, etc., and devising conservation measures for various industries; including textiles, tanneries, textile processing units, etc. Work includes carrying out energy audits, designing energy efficiency solutions, and preparing estimates and financial models for energy conservation projects. The Engineers will be responsible for a variety of demand side management initiatives and measures. Primary Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform comprehensive energy audits / efficiency evaluations and analytical modeling

  • Provide cost analysis of energy audit data, emphasizing return on investment

  • Perform power quality and stray voltage investigations.

  • Provide written recommendations with energy, demand and cost reduction estimates as well as capital retrofit cost estimates

  • Analyze energy data to determine target industries for energy efficiency projects

  • Conduct measurement andverification analysis on already implemented energy efficiency initiatives

  • Audit existing energy consuming equipment and diagnose problems

  • Develop energy and demand estimates for annual electric and natural gas budgets

  • Identify energy efficiency opportunities for industrial facilities.

  • Conduct assessment surveys, audits,and feasibility studies to analyze costs and benefits for proposed energy efficiency projects.

  • Develop procedures and tools to enhance energy efficiency capabilities of industrial facilities.

  • Develop energy conservation measures and facility improvement measures

  • Analyzes field data and energy consumption data

  • Develop comprehensive energy reports that convey technical information in narrative form

  • Develop and disseminate energy conservation information among stakeholders and give presentations on energy conservation measures and renewable energy technologies

  • Coordinate with public-private stakeholders for implementation of Energy Efficiency measures in industry.

  • Be responsible for inspection and verification of commissioning of efficiency projects.

  • Perform post implementation commissioning and Monitoring and Verification

    • Required Skills:

    Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; MS preferred

    3 years of relevant experience with energy efficiency systems or engineering consulting firm specializing in energy and resource conservation analysis is preferred

    Familiarity with energy and resource recycling is preferred

    Proven skills in financial and statistical analysis

    Excellent analytical, communication and computer skills

    Excellent client management skills with ability to develop long term relationships with stakeholders, and must be willing to travel
