• Sit on the Board and provide guidance on the Financial Strategy

• A large part of the role will require Debt Re-structuring and Balance Sheet Management

• End-responsible for the Finance function and part of the Management Team

• Be a part of the Management Team and advice on Investments and Funding related topics.

• Source and secure appropriate funding solutions at optimal cost and structure

• Ensure efficient/effective deal evaluation, negotiation, structuring and execution from a company financial risk and compliance perspective

• Manage the corporate accounting & reporting function

• Develop and maintain relationships with the Banks, Auditors and Government Authorities

• Ensure the company’s audit process is effectively executed and lead the Management Team’s representation to the Audit Committee.

The Candidate

  • Degree educated (MBA, CPA, ACA, ect.)
  • 15 years or more experience in Finance with a strong focus on change management & balance sheet restructuring.
  • Pre CFO of a major Investment Company
  • Gravitas, strong negotiating skills and ability to manage large, international teams.
  • Prior experience in the Middle-East is a must.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus.

Salary and Benefits

Circa 400,000 USD + Excellent Benefits
