Job Description	Employer is a European MNC which deals in Probes based OSS solution for monitoring A, Abis, Iub, Iucs, Iups, Gb and interconnect links in a GSM and UMTS network. At present they are looking for a full time position for a Performance and Optimization Engineer, who has knowledge for all GSM/ GPRS procedures, strong on RF Optimization, Layer 3 Signaling. And has very good expertise on Performance Management like KPI’s, statistical analysis etc. The job is multi customer Technical Business Consultant role whereby you need to engage with certain accounts with the customer and demonstrate them the value from the probe monitored data. It also involve daily interaction with R&D and Product Development in Europe to come out with new ideas and means of implementing Customer requirement. It is a challenging job with extensive travelling across Middle East. The base location is flexible and would be home country of applicant which would be preferably Iran, Pakistan, India or any easy to travel GCC country like UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman.
