The Human Resources & Administration Executive shall assist in developing and maintaining a motivated workforce and carry out various administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization in a position in which you will enjoy a high degree of responsibility.

Within this position you will:

  • Plan, develop, and direct recruitment activities
  • Implement human resource policies and procedures
  • Identify and resolve personnel relations, organizational productivity, and employee morale issues
  • Develop and direct the training of employees
  • Maintain personnel files, attendance records
  • Organize effective communications between management and staff
  • Update calendar of events, company manual procedures and implement administrative processes
  • Supervise supplier relationships and maintain records of transactions
  • Plan actions to resolve logistical and IT issues when needed
  • Maintain the office agenda and assist senior staff
  • Regularly summarize and communicate issues to management
  • Required Skills:

    - Good understanding of human resource principles, techniques and procedures as well as strategies to assess and resolve personnel issues

    - Previous experience in a professional environment

    - Good judgment and problem solving abilities of practical issues

    - The ability to take initiative and work with limited direction

    - Ability to multi-task and prioritize

    - Organized with a strong attention to detail

    - Dedicated and able to demonstrate a high level of trust

    - Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication skills

    - Strong computer skills
