  • Participate in recruitment process, such as preparing and placing job Ads regarding recruitment, collect CVs and screening of CVs.
  • Schedule and conduct interview, tests
  • Preparation of offer, internship, probationary, confirmation, termination, experience letters.
  • Conduct salary surveys and provide market basket comparisons
  • Experienced in dealing with employee retention issues and developing policies
  • Conducts new employee orientations, conducts reference checks.
  • Preparation of employee personals files and record.
  • Maintain leaves and salary records.
  • Renewal of contracts, deals with resignations, issuance experience letters &exit interviews.
  • Helps to maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Participate in employees review process.

  • You should have strong grasp of these basics:

    • Strong understanding of company culture, policies, and values.
    • Experienced in implementing all company policies. Also, experienced in improvement of the existing policies
    • Responsible for proactively working on recruiting processes, in tune with how to identify and engage the best talent.
    • Skilled in managing human and technical resources in the absence of upper as well as mid level management, when needed.
    • Skilled in identifying opportunities and potential risks to the organization regarding human and infrastructure related resources and their positive or negative impacts to the company
    • Must be a motivator and an experienced person with skills to manage conflict and behavioral issues.
    • Experienced in creation and management of performance measurement of employees, career planning of employees.
    • Experienced with performing market salary surveys, for employees salary reviews.
    • Experienced in coming up with processes and plans for retaining human resources and hiring the best talents.
    • Required Skills:

      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      MBA (HR) having 1 year + experience in Human Resource Management

      HR & Administrative skills

      Basic knowledge of local IT industry

      Self Starter, team player and can work without supervision
