To ensure selection of staff to be placed in jobs in departments in need of staff.
To ensure preparation and provision of orientation programme and training programmes which will help increase job efficiency of employees.
To ensure carrying out of personnel matters, union relations, relations with public authorities, court-related procedures for the company to fulfil its obligations properly.
To carry out performance evaluation activities which will provide input for human resources practices and remuneration activities and to determine wages of employees.
To make annual wage adjustments.
To ensure making of backup plans to contribute to the continuity of the company.
To manage the reporting team to carry out the above-mentioned functions of the department and to ensure their training.
