In-Charge Finance & Accounts in Highly Keen (An HR Firm)
We are an HR Firm looking for In-Charge Finance & Accounts for one of our client related to menswear Production Industry. Job description of required candidate is;
Responsible for the preparation of accurate financial reports (balance sheet, Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements.)
Responsible for account reconciliations that include inter-company accounts as well as complex bank accounts.
Duties include highlighting to management potential issues affecting expenses, balances, or cash flow.
Perform general accounting functions, including operation of the general ledger system, journal entries, and month-end close work.
Prepare Salaries of company Staff and Present the Salary sheet to management for approval.
Verify & Approve the Invoices received from vendors
Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping.
For record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology like PeachTree Accounting Software.
Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts
Work as Internal Financial Auditor.
Any Other Tasks related to Accounts assigned by Top Management
Required Skills:
