IT Executive in MB Dyes Silk & Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd.
We require an IT Expert to perform general computer and network maintenance and troubleshooting on part time bases (Aprox 2hrs daily).
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain an adequate level of knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provide high-level support to users.
-Install workstations and printers on the LAN according to schedule or as requested, ensuring that cables are labeled and documented for future reference.
- Notify maintenance vendor when equipment needs to be repaired and keeping records of such.
-Ensure efficient and economical utilization of equipment and resources. Provide for safekeeping of equipment and supplies.
-Utilize technology to provide staff with a fast, accurate, and secure method of gaining access to information so they can service the member in the fastest and most efficient manner possible.
15. Carry out other such duties as may be assigned or requested.
