  • To read emails of customers and reply accordingly and promptly with consultation of team leader.
  • To batch order having email of new orders and forward to graphic designer for downloading the job.
  • Coordinate with EMEA team & key account manager for any problems relating to Size or downloading with consultation of CS manager
  • For new item liaisons with PD for new item development and their approval.
  • Communicate new queries and coordinate with CS Manager for price negotiation and fixation.
  • Handling & investigating the customer complaints and ensure to minimize the quantum of complaints.
  • Required Skills:
