Manager Business Process Reengineering in Mobilink GSM (PMCL)
Analyze different functional and operational processes and suggesting improvement in areas
Identify key business processes (KBP?s) in all relevant departments and develop an understanding of the process flows
Understand the role of relevant individuals in different business processes.
Attend meetings and workshops, take notes, understand processes and convert raw notes into formal flow charts, etc.
Review technology, systems and business applications and their implementation and identify improvements and efficiencies in process flows by automation and re-design.
Workout KPI?s (Key Performance Indicators) for existing processes by ascertaining volume of activities in different processes, understand extent of manual and automated resources, required human resource, etc.
Coordinate with departments and key personnel; follow up information, etc. in ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Review and identify improvements to the Policies and Procedures Manual of the Company.
Facilitate the successful development and implementation of existing and new policies and procedures.
Facilitate, prepare and/or update documentation for KBP?s in the form of flow charts and narrative descriptions.
Participate in management & other meetings and appraise the senior/middle management with Process Re-engineering projects/ issues, where necessary.
