  • To formulate channels strategies with consultation of concerned authorities.

  • To develop and maintain existing distributor’s data in-line with the defined strategies.

  • To compile distributor’s contracts for different divisions and ensure receipts of the same before starting the deal.

  • To collect sales information of different distributors and analysis / performance review as per set SOPs.

  • Close contact with the distributors regarding company’s policies / initiatives/ projects.

  • Monitoring and evaluation of distributors.

  • To ensure execution of BTL activities.

    • Required Skills:

    The incumbent should be excellent in people management, team development and written & verbal communication skills.
