Summary:Expected to plan, design, direct and execute Microsoft server and client software and application installation projects at designated sites. Serve as Resident Engineer on major projects and services. Supervise and assist attached departments. Resident Engineer must possess strong grasp on Microsoft Enterprise products and have complete knowledge regarding the installation, setup, maintenance and upgrades. Candidate must show competence in all (but not limited to) the following areas:

Business Software: MS Dynamics products, MS Forefront, Windows essential business server, MS Small Business server.

Servers: BizTalk Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server, Windows Server 2003/2008, Hyper-V Server, Office Communications Server. Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), ISA Server, Terminal Server, Office Communication Server.

Manage and Supervise Team to:

- Install all kinds of Microsoft client and server application software.

- Assist in creating backup procedures

- Create a fault report for software issues

- Train subordinates with respect to software and application installation and update.

- Deploy solutions as per Microsoft best practices

- Create regular project progress and completion reports.
